i'm back to my blog again...juz return from my run dis evening. hai, am i getting old or it is bcos i nv run for too long?
today engine like cannot start like tt.. run 2 rounds den cannot take it le..
i think if i rmb correctly, my last run was last yr dec during the standard char marathon, after tt nv run le.
RT is gonna start dis sun le, how sia? with my stamina like that sure CMI 1.
After e run ate hokkien mee with icy coke. Shiok....
But den i think with the bad combination, i'm having a stomach ache now :s
